The way I sneak veggies into my husbands tummy.

I'm so excited to finally share this recipe with you guys! This has become a family staple in our home and hopefully it will become a one in yours too!


5 tbs Minced Garlic

1 tbs Italian Seasoning

1 tbs Paprika

Crushed Red Pepper - taste 

1-2 Cups Chopped Kale

2 Small Lemons

8oz Parmesan Cheese Shredded

16 oz Heavy Whipping Cream (one small bottle)

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce 

3 tbs Butter

1 Box of Rotini Pasta

1. Boil Pasta

2. Melt 2 tbs of butter over low heat in separate large skillet

3. Add 1-2 Cups (your preference) of chopped kale to skillet

4. Add 5 tablespoons of minced garlic to skillet

5. Add 1 more tablespoon of butter to skillet

6. Add 1 tablespoon of Paprika to skillet

7. Add 1 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning to skillet 

8. Gently mix until kale is sautéd to preference 

9. Pour 16oz of heavy whipping cream into skillet

10. Gently stir until all ingredients have mixed

11. Add 1/4 cup of soy sauce into skillet

12. Squeeze 2 small lemons into skillet 

13. Slowly raise temperature until skillet starts to simmer (lots of little bubbles) 

14. Let simmer for 2 min

15. Add 7oz of shredded parmesan to skillet 

16. Continue stirring until all cheese has melted

17. Add pasta to skillet 

18. Serve! 

19. Top with crushed red pepper flakes for spicy and top with the left over shredded parmesan!
